There are several options for ordering a bound copy of your dissertation. You may order a copy from ProQuest using their Milestone Editions for Authors program. Thesis on Demand provides a print and bind on demand service, using a PDF of your work. Or you may also access your work through Digital Commons @ Michigan Tech (link to your specific work: http://digitalcommons.mtu.edu/etdr/253/) and have a binding service of your choice handle the work.
