The library has Blue Zone/Quick Print workstations in front of the library Circulation desk on the first floor and two additional workstations on the second floor near the Rehki bridge.  Ask at the Circulation Desk for assistance.

  • Save your poster to a thumb drive or login to your Gmail account with an incognito window to download your file
  • Save it as a pdf, jpeg, or tiff file - NOT a .ppt or .pptx
  • Launch and input the file in the HP Printing Pro software
  • Double and triple-check the sizing and alignment of your poster before you print
  • PaperCut will calculate the cost and payment is required at the library's circulation desk before the print is released
  • Printing is $2.50/square foot; can be processed with cash, card or account number
  • Please wait while your poster prints on the second floor - staff do not directly monitor, but we are available to assist
  • A wide-format trimmer is also available
  • Anyone is welcome to use the printers - you do not need to be affiliated with Michigan Tech and there is no requirement that the prints be academic in nature.
