Thank you so much for your interest in our 3D Printing at the Library!

Please email us the 3D design file in the .stl format to 3dlibrary@mtu.edu and we can schedule an initial (Zoom) orientation to go over the print settings and options prior to the print.  Please let us know what day or time would work best for you.

Schedule your print time here.
2021 Spring 3D Print Schedule - remote zoom sessions
Monday - Friday (8:30 - 1 PM)

I would recommend that you download, install, and load your .stl model in Cura (Version 3.6.2.0) for preview.
  • You will be prompted to add a machine and profile.
  • Please select Lulzbot TAZ6, Single Extruder, with default machine settings.
You can often find me on the second floor of the library just behind the 3D/poster printers in 201b if you have any questions, comments, or concerns regarding the service or trying to manage your schedule.

Thank you
